Terms of Service
Effective date: 8 July 2026
1. Introduction and Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SCOUTED Pro, a subscription-based player intelligence and scouting product operated by SCOUTED GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", or "our"). Our registered address is 175 Wokingham Road, Reading, England, RG6 1LT.
By subscribing to SCOUTED Pro, you ("Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are subscribing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that organisation.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not subscribe to or use SCOUTED Pro.

2. The Service
SCOUTED Pro is a B2B subscription product providing professional football player intelligence, including shortlists, player reports, watchlists, and associated analytical frameworks ("the Service"). The Service is powered by a combination of proprietary video scouting expertise and data produced in partnership with SkillCorner.
Content is delivered digitally on a monthly basis, in the form of a single PDF edition distributed by email and accessible via the SCOUTED Pro website.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice to active Subscribers.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
3.1 Subscription Plans
SCOUTED Pro is offered on monthly and annual subscription plans. Full details of current pricing are available at pro.scoutedftbl.com. Every subscription includes unlimited team seats, enabling multiple individuals within a subscribing organisation to access the Service. Additional accounts must be registered using the same email domain as the primary subscriber. We may also grant complimentary access to individuals on approved domains at our sole discretion.
3.2 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date:
- Monthly subscriptions renew each calendar month.
- Annual subscriptions renew each year. We will provide at least thirty (30) days advance notice by email before an annual subscription renews.
Renewal payments are charged to your payment method on file via our payment processor, Stripe.
3.3 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will give at least thirty (30) days written notice of any price change before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
3.4 Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your chosen plan.
3.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access to the Service until outstanding amounts are settled. We will make reasonable attempts to notify you of payment failures.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings on the SCOUTED Pro website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid subscription term.
- You may keep any editions downloaded during your active subscription period.
- Editions published after your subscription ends will not be accessible unless you resubscribe.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid, except as set out in our Refund Policy below.
5. Refund Policy
No mid-term refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused editions, or unused team seats.
Goodwill discretion. We retain the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to accidental renewal or a material technical failure on our part that prevented access to the Service. Any such refund is a goodwill gesture and does not create an obligation for future refunds in similar circumstances.
Refund requests. To request a refund under our goodwill discretion, please contact us at pro@scoutedftbl.com within fourteen (14) days of the charge in question, setting out the reason for your request.
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
6. Acceptable Use
6.1 Permitted Use
Your subscription entitles you and your team (unlimited seats) to:
- Access and read all editions published during your active subscription period.
- Download and retain editions for internal use.
- Share editions freely within your organisation and externally with agents, partner clubs, and other professional contacts.
- Cite, quote, or reference SCOUTED Pro content in your own publications, internal reports, or public materials, provided that appropriate attribution to SCOUTED Pro is given.
6.2 Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute SCOUTED Pro editions or content as a standalone commercial product or subscription offering.
- Use SCOUTED Pro content to train, develop, or fine-tune any artificial intelligence or machine learning model without our prior written consent.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, branding, or attribution contained within SCOUTED Pro editions.
- Use the Service in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to us or any third party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems.
6.3 Data and Intellectual Property
All content within SCOUTED Pro editions — including player reports, shortlists, watchlists, Archetypes frameworks, and associated analysis — is the intellectual property of SCOUTED GROUP LTD or its licensors. The SkillCorner data incorporated within our editions is presented in a form proprietary to us and does not constitute a direct feed or redistribution of raw SkillCorner data.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SCOUTED Pro content in accordance with these Terms. No ownership of any content is transferred to you.
7. Team Seats and Organisational Access
Each subscription includes unlimited team seats, enabling multiple individuals within a subscribing organisation to access the Service. Additional accounts must be registered using the same email domain as the primary subscriber. We may also grant complimentary access to individuals on approved domains at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring that all individuals granted access under your subscription comply with these Terms. Any breach of these Terms by a seat holder is treated as a breach by the Subscriber.
Access granted under a subscription is limited to individuals sharing the registered email domain. Sharing access credentials or enabling individuals outside your organisation's email domain to access the Service is not permitted, except where we have expressly granted access at our discretion.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Editorial Judgement
SCOUTED Pro content represents the professional editorial judgement and proprietary analysis of our scouting team. It is provided for informational and intelligence purposes only. We make no representation or warranty that any player featured in our reports will perform in any particular way, or that any recruitment decision made with reference to our content will produce any particular outcome.
8.2 No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure consistent availability and quality.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SCOUTED GROUP LTD's total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms;
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the Service;
- We are required to do so by law.
Upon termination for breach, no refund of prepaid subscription fees will be issued. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the termination date.
10. Privacy and Data
10.1 Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at pro.scoutedftbl.com/privacy. By subscribing to SCOUTED Pro, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We use third-party tools including Ghost, Stripe, Zapier, Outpost, and Plausible Analytics in connection with the operation of SCOUTED Pro. Each of these providers operates under their own terms and privacy policies.
10.2 Data Processing Responsibilities
Both SCOUTED GROUP LTD and subscribing organisations may act as independent data controllers in respect of personal data processed in connection with the Service. Where a subscribing organisation provides personal data relating to its staff or representatives (including email addresses used to register team seats), that organisation is responsible for ensuring it has a lawful basis for sharing that data with us and that individuals have been informed of its use in accordance with applicable data protection law.
SCOUTED GROUP LTD will process such data only as described in our Privacy Policy. Each party is independently responsible for compliance with its own obligations under UK GDPR and any other applicable data protection legislation.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email at least fourteen (14) days before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. General
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Service.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
